LED Video Wall for Lobbies and Receptions
The lobby is the first thing a visitor sees. A seamless fine-pitch LED wall sets the tone with brand film, welcome messages and elegant motion — built to your reception wall, factory-direct.
A lobby video wall communicates credibility before a visitor reaches the front desk. In a corporate building it runs a short brand film, a global office map or client welcome; in a hotel it shows scenic local visuals, offers and check-in guidance. Because people view it up close and for long hours, the pixel pitch and the content style matter more than raw size.
EKINTRY builds fine-pitch indoor LED walls for receptions, sized to your wall and quoted factory-direct — seamless, quiet and built to run all day.
Who custom screens are for
- Corporate HQs and office building receptions.
- Hotels and resorts — lobby and check-in areas.
- Banks, law firms and showrooms.
- Universities, hospitals and civic buildings.
The right pixel pitch for a reception
Lobby viewing distance decides the pitch. At a reception desk where visitors stand within a metre or two, a very fine P1.2–P1.8 keeps text and logos razor-sharp. For a general lobby viewed from 2–4 m (10–20 ft), P1.5–P2.5 gives excellent quality at a sensible cost. We match the pitch to where people actually stand.
- Reception desk (close) — P1.2–P1.8.
- General lobby (10–20 ft) — P1.5–P2.5.
- Glass lobby with daylight — 800–1,000 nits.
- Seamless, fanless-quiet, built for all-day operation.
Content that suits the space
Lobby content works best when it is calm and on-brand, not flashing adverts. Corporate lobbies favour a brand film, an office/world map, case-study highlights or a personalised welcome for visiting clients; hotels favour slow scenic visuals, seasonal themes, spa and dining offers and check-in guidance. We advise the right resolution so this content looks flawless.
Wall-mounted or freestanding
A wall-mounted panel gives the cleanest, most architectural look. Where you cannot modify the wall — a leased space or a glass feature — a freestanding LED on a support structure installs without drilling and can be moved later. We recommend the mount based on your reception.

Frequently Asked Questions
What pixel pitch for a lobby video wall?
About P1.2–P1.8 for a reception desk people stand close to, and P1.5–P2.5 for a general lobby viewed from 10–20 ft. We match it to your space.
How big should a reception LED wall be?
It is sized to the wall and the room — large enough to make an impression without dominating. Send the wall dimensions and we propose the nearest seamless size.
What content works in a lobby?
Calm, on-brand visuals: a brand film, office/world map and welcome for corporate; scenic visuals, offers and check-in guidance for hotels. Avoid flashing adverts.
Can it install without drilling the wall?
Yes — a freestanding LED on a support structure works where you cannot modify the wall, and can be relocated later.
Is it bright enough next to glass?
For a daylit or glass-walled lobby we use a higher brightness (around 800–1,000 nits) so the wall stays vivid.
Can it run all day reliably?
Yes — these are commercial walls built for long daily operation, serviced at module level, with spares supplied.
