Shipping & packing
Screens ship in ISPM15-compliant wooden or steel-belt cases (flight cases for rental), with cabinets foam-protected and braced for international freight. Warranty & after-sales
A typical 1–5 year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Because the screen is modular, repairs are done at module level — a faulty part is replaced without removing the whole wall. How are screens packed for shipping?
In reinforced wooden cases (flight-case grade for delicate or rental builds), with cabinets foam-protected, plus spare modules and tools included.
Who installs the screen?
Installation is normally done by a local technician using our detailed documents and drawings, with remote video guidance from our engineers during commissioning.
What does the warranty cover?
The LED modules, power supplies and control system are covered for the warranty period. Faulty modules are repaired or replaced individually, and we keep spares available.
What if a module fails after installation?
Because screens are modular, a single module or power unit can be swapped from the front or rear without dismantling the wall. We ship replacement parts and guide the fix remotely.
