Warranty period
Commercial LED screens and interactive displays carry a warranty of typically 1–5 years depending on the product and configuration. The exact term is confirmed in your quote so there is no ambiguity.
What is covered
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship: faulty LED modules, power supplies and control components are repaired or replaced. Because screens are modular, repairs happen at module level without removing the whole display.
What is not covered
Damage from misuse, accidents or force majeure, the use of third-party parts, and unauthorised changes to the screen structure or firmware fall outside the warranty — standard across the industry.
How after-sales support works
Support is remote-first: cloud and remote diagnostics identify the fault quickly, we ship the right spare part, and guide a local technician through the fix. We aim to respond within about 48 hours, and provide software updates and maintenance arrangements after the warranty period.
