How Fast Can You Deliver an LED Screen?
Two customers asked us the same thing in different words: one needed a screen by a fixed date, the other wanted express delivery within five days and was happy to pay extra. It is one of the most common questions we get, so here is a straight answer on LED screen lead times and how to hit a deadline.
The honest version: it depends on whether the item is in stock or custom-built, the size, and where it is going. Tell us your deadline up front and we work backwards from it.
Standard lead times
There are two clocks: production and shipping. In-stock standard items — common panels, controllers and accessories — skip production and ship almost immediately. A custom-built screen needs production first, then ships.
- In-stock items — dispatched in roughly 1–3 business days.
- Custom screens — typically produced in about 1–3 weeks, depending on size and pitch.
- Then shipping — express/air in a few days, or sea freight in a few weeks.
How to hit a hard deadline
A fixed date is completely workable if we know it early. The fastest paths, in order:
- Check stock first — if your spec is in stock, it can go by express courier and arrive in days.
- Air / express freight — for custom or larger orders against a deadline, we quote air instead of sea.
- Prioritised production — we can move an urgent build up the queue where the schedule allows.
- Split the shipment — send the screen by sea and rush only the urgent controller or spares by air.
What affects how fast it arrives
Realistically, four things drive the timeline — and we are upfront about each so a promise we make is one we keep:
- Stock vs custom — the single biggest factor.
- Size — a small wall builds and ships faster than a large one.
- Destination and customs — clearance time varies by country.
- Freight choice — express/air costs more than sea but saves weeks.
What rush delivery costs
Express delivery is available and, yes, it costs more than standard sea freight because it uses air freight or courier — but for a controller or a modest screen it is often very reasonable, and we quote it transparently so you can weigh the cost against the deadline.
